Me and my men come in to this war knowing how much it means to our country but didn't know how hard this battle would be. Our men fought every moment of that war like it was there last moment of there life.  This battle was the battle of GETTYSBURG and this was a battle that none of our soldiers forgot. Seeing there friends laying dead on the ground it hurt, but seeing our enemy lay there dead gave us hope to finish out the battle.
